EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE uses tapping points to clear emotional issues and blockages. It uses tapping to focus on an issue and release the energy around the issue.
A 90-minute introductory session includes a short discussion of your background and the issue you would like to focus on, and an overview of tapping. The rest of the visit focuses on tapping rounds. A 60-minute follow-up session continues to work on the areas identified in the introductory session.
