This class series will move slow, steady and safely, exploring postures with more depth and attention. You will learn the how and why of yoga postures. Katherine Zitterbart, MA, CYT

A gifted and humorous instructor, Katherine’s yoga and meditation instruction is steeped in decades of study. She has explored Esoteric Taoism, Buddhism, and Vedic practices as well as Western traditions, including Jungian and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Katherine is a huge believer in having fun, and to that end, she seeks to create sequencing that is challenging as well as enjoyable. When she isn't teaching in studios, Katherine can be found working privately with dual-diagnosed adults and in corporate environments, sharing the wisdom of the ages. lindsay goodman

Lindsay Goodman

Lindsay's classes are a constantly shifting blend of whatever is currently inspiring her - Anusara, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Restorative, and Yin being just some of her yoga staples. She completed her 200hr Certification with YogaWorks in 2007, and has since trained in Pre/Post Natal, Restorative/Therapeutic Yoga, and Thai Massage. Lindsay teaches a very heart-based practice - encouraging students to truly embody their own yoga, to breathe and be present on and off the mat.

Kristen Humber

Kristen Humber is an independent Licensed Mental Health Clinician who has been working with adolescents with behavioral, emotional, and psychosocial challenges for over ten years. She works with families as well, and the focus of much of her work is to help her clients incorporate somatic awareness through guided imagery and relaxation techniques and Hatha Yoga. Through this holistic fitness approach, Kristen strives to help her clients successfully integrate the mind, the body, and the spirit.

Sheri Breen

Sheri began her yogini journey in 1999 after taking a yoga class at college. She discovered how yoga can be a powerful way to ground and center herself on and off the mat. Her curiosity has led her to study many forms of yoga, including Iyengar, Hatha, Kundalini and Vinyasa. Sheri has been influenced by Anusara, Ashtanga, Forrest, Restorative and Yin methods. Her passion for yoga led her to complete her 200 hour yoga teacher certification with Jen Ryan at The Yoga Loft in Wilmington, MA. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. Sheri has completed certifications in Core Vinyasa and as a Trauma Sensitive Yoga Teacher. She is current pursuing her 500 hour RYT certification in Shiva Rea’s 300 hour Prana Flow Program. In addition, Sheri is an avid meditation practitioner, Reiki Level II certified practitioner and has worked in the healthcare field for many years. Linda Nugent

Linda Nugent has a degree in Massage therapy and Polarity. She started out studying biology but was fascinated by the minds imprint on the body. She spent years exploring a variety of techniques and philosophies including Polarity, Yoga, Sound, Meditation and Reiki. At the yoga school she attended in 2001 she was introduced to the Cymatron, a table fitted with many speakers. Sound is used to clear and repattern the body and mind. Sound and mantras are often used in yoga. As a yoga instructor she guides students toward a heart-centered approach to movement, breath and mindfulness. She understands yoga as a way to stay grounded, fit and learn about yourself. Acceptance and gratitude are the foundations of her practice. Building a clearer firmer inner peace is the way to compassion and happiness. Create core strength from within, know thyself.

Brenda is a holistic hearler that brings her heart and soul into her work. She is a Usui & Lighterian Reiki Master/Teacher, Polarity Practitioner, Herbalist and Licensed Massage Therapist. She blends all of her knowledge and abilities into a healing seesion which will have you feeling you are on the road to healing. Brenda believes in whole body healing and getting to the root of the problems and issues. She has been doing energy for over 15 years, studied massage and polarity at Palmer Institute in Salem, Ma graduated in 2006, and did her herbal apprenticeship through Gaia School of Healing out of Vermont.
