I was a little nervous to try the mayofascial massage but exaggerate in no way by saying it is magical. The unwinding of body and mind is hard to explain, i feel more relaxed, more confident, and more unified. I swear i stand taller - not sure if its posture or confidence but its great! Nicole creates such a safe and comforting space i look forward to spending more time with her and letting her perform more magic!

I came in with tight shoulders and tight hamstrings. Nicole worked on my chest, revealing that tension there was causing the pain in my shoulders. After half an hour working on my chest & shoulders, she went to work on my legs. I'm sure I fell asleep. But she got right into the hamstring attachments and tight spots around my hips -- I woke up to some tension in my hips / legs releasing in an audible pop. Clearly, I needed that!

I've had many massages in the past but it's been over a year. I was truly amazed at the skill of my massage therapist at the accuracy of pressure applied and overall techniques. This was the clearly the best quality massage I've ever experienced and I've already recommended her service to others (which I normally do not do).

My shoulder had been bothering me for months. I let it go and it actually got so bad that I couldn't pick up my arm. I went to one 60 minute session with Nicole and I was swimming laps the next morning. I plan to go at least once a month from now on.

I recently received a gift certificate from my daughter to SSM and I was thoroughly satisfied with Nicole's therapeutic massage. Nicole willingly provided me advice on how to stay healthy using exercise and healthy eating. I intend to return soon to continue my commitment to better health......special thanks to Nicole.

Nicole is a miracle worker she always makes the pain go away. I go to Nicole atleast once or twice a month sometimes more. After the first time I went to Nicole I was hooked. She helped me with a number of back and leg problems and without her I would not be able to function. My pain was unbearable and she made it all disappear. I would recommend Nicole to anyone, she definitely knows what she's doing.

I am an RN in a busy ICU in Boston. I need to see Nicole once a week in order to stay on my feet for my 12 hour shifts. I could not do it without her! She knows where your pain is and what to do @ it!

I enjoyed my second one-hour massage with Nicole Russo at Skin to Soul Massage recently. The second was even better than the first. I have enjoyed massage for more than 20 years and I know Nicole does a great job helping me to relax for at least one hour of my busy day.

Have Pelvic floor issues....apparently me and 10 mill other women in the US suffer with this . Muscles in the inner thigh, groin etc..... very painful and a long road for recovery. Massage therapy helps augment what the physical therapists are doing....hopefully we will will this battle.

I've been seeing Nicole for almost 5 years. She is fantastic and I always feel very comfortable with her. When I needed a long, hot stone massage, magically, an email offer came infor a deal on a last minute hot stone massage I grabbed it - and enjoyed every single second of unwinding of my muscles and my mind. I look forward to each time I have an appointment with Nicole. I feel so comfortable going there and just love the relaxing feeling I have when I leave. Sometimes I go because of pain and other times it is just for me time. Either way I always leave feeling better than when I walked in.

Nicole is an outstanding message therapist. I have been having extreme neck and shoulder pain and she was able to work my muslces to relax and the pain is improving. She showed concern for me and I will definitely go back

I needed to relax and destress before a big exam. I got a gift certificate to Skin to Soul from my boss at work. Not knowing what to expect, I made an appointment online. When I went for the massage, the atmosphere was very calm. Nicole took the time to learn about me and where my pain is. Then I had an absolutely wonderful, relaxing massage. Would recommend to anyone - Nicole will take great care of you!

I was very pleased with the quality of Nicole's massage. I am a busy person who is unimpressed with fancy spa massages as I feel there is a lot of unncessary fluff and wasted time. What I liked about Nicole is that her focus is on the massage, as it should be, and she catered it to my body's needs. She spent considerable time working on my knee which has been in pain for 5 months now. I am thrilled to not be in pain anymore! I will definitely become a repeat customer.

I highly recommend Skin to Soul! Nicole was very thorough in her initial intake and helped me to recognize something that had been bothering me for awhile, but I had forgotten to write on the questionnaire. The massage was just the right amount of pressure, and Nicole checked in just enough to get my feedback. The location is very convenient.

I highly recommend Nicole and Skin to Soul Massage. Nicole has an excellent massage technique, and she listens to any concerns/requests to make the experience truly healthful, relaxing, and individualized. The surroundings/music are all very quieting. In addition, the online booking and reminder system is great... not to mention Nicole's special offers!

Nicole knows her stuff & gives a great massage. I wish I had chosen a 1 1/2 hour massage rather than the 1 hour. The worst part of the massage is that it had to end. I get massages regularly & highly recommend Nicole. You will not be disappointed.

She's so good that I'm afraid if I write too favorable of a review that soon it will be impossible to book a massage with her. I knew from reading reviews of Nicole that there was someone who knew what she was doing. I was right. She was very interested in knowing what I wanted to have worked on. She is well versed in muscles, the body as a whole and how it all works. Two very limber thumbs up.

Nicole is one of the best massage therapist I ever have and I've been getting massages for about 15 years. She is the ONLY person that has ever corrected my problems with my forearms, from hours of Judo practices and teaching. Two sessions with Nicole and issue never came back.
