Michelle is a Advanced Level Myofascial Release Therapist and Licensed Massage Therapist, trained by John Barnes. In practicing for over eight years, she offers a unique whole body approach in correcting structural imbalances that can create various physical and emotional symptoms/ailments. Michelle has experience working with novice and professional athletes, assisting in preparation and recovery from sporting events, post surgery/injury recovery, as well as cognitive and physical disabilities.

Clients will receive an individualized postural analysis to help determine the best approach for healing, as well as self care skills to assist clients in reaching their optimal goals

Additionally, Michelle attended Seacoast Career School in Manchester, NH in 2011 where she completed their 900 hour massage program.

Before becoming a licensed massage therapist, Michelle received her certification as a nurses assistant caring for those with cognitive issues and physical disabilities. With a passion to help others, Michelle specializes in chronic neck and shoulder issues.  She has worked on many athletes such as professional bodybuilders, Cirque du Soleil members, and has volunteered at the Boston Marathon. Each session is customized for each individuals needs, using a fusion of relaxation, deep tissue, trigger point therapy and sports massage.
